Properties generating or projected to generate $70,000+ annually. We specialize in high-performing condos — this keeps our focus where we deliver the most value.

Condo or short-term rental property

STR-eligible condos, vacation properties, and investment units. The owner needs to be open to professional management.

Who refers to us? Real estate agents, mortgage brokers, past guests, current owners, friends, family — anyone who knows a condo owner who could be earning more. There are no restrictions on who can participate.

Referral program questions.

When do I get paid the $1,000?

You’re paid once your referral has completed their first full calendar month with us as an active Airbnb listing. Partial months don’t count — we want to make sure they’re truly up and running before issuing the payout. Once that first full month closes, we’ll send a confirmation and process payment shortly after.

How are referrals tracked if my contact just reaches out to you directly?

The cleanest way is to submit the form above so we have your name attached to the lead from day one. If your referral reaches out without going through the form, we still credit you — we ask every new lead how they heard about us, and we honor it.

In the rare case the same lead comes in from two sources, we credit whoever submitted first.

What if my referral signs months after I submit?

STR decisions take time — we get it. Your referral stays attributed to you indefinitely. Whether they sign in 2 weeks or 8 months, you get paid when they do.

Is there really no cap on referrals?

No cap. Refer 1, get $1,000 — refer as many as you want, no ceiling.

That said, if you regularly connect with condo owners — real estate agents, mortgage brokers, or anyone with a real network — reach out about a custom partnership before you start. We can structure something more lucrative than the standard rate when there’s volume on the table.

Does my referral need to be a current STR owner?

No. We work with owners at every stage — people considering a purchase, people who own but aren’t renting yet, people running their own STR who want to hand it off, and people switching from another manager. As long as they own (or are about to own) a property in one of our markets, they’re a fit.

Same payout for management vs. consulting referrals?

The $1,000 referral bonus applies to signed management clients. Consulting engagements aren’t included in the standard program because the engagements vary widely in scope, but if you send us a substantial consulting client, reach out directly — we’ll work something out that’s fair to both of us.
