When do I get paid?

After the referred owner signs and completes their first full month under our management.

What if they contact you directly?

Submit the referral first whenever possible. If they contact us directly, we’ll still honor the referral when we can clearly attribute the introduction to you.

What if they don’t sign right away?

Your referral remains attributed to you. If they sign later, you still get paid.

Is there really no cap on referrals?

No. There is no cap on the number of $1,000 referral bonuses you can earn.

Do they need to already operate an STR?

No. They need to own the property, but it does not need to be operating as a short-term rental yet. We work with owners launching an STR, self-managing, or switching from another manager.

Does the $1,000 apply to consulting?

The standard $1,000 referral bonus applies to signed management clients. For significant consulting referrals, contact us directly.
